Police Confirm ‘Minor Crash’ with ‘No Reported Injuries’ Following Incident Allegedly Involving Virginia Giuffre.

Authorities in Australia have verified details of a minor traffic accident involving a bus and a car, following claims made by Virginia Giuffre—who previously accused the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of sexual abuse—that she has only four days to live.

While Australian officials provided details about the crash when questioned about Giuffre’s statements, they did not confirm whether she was involved. According to authorities, the accident resulted in no serious injuries, and no one was hospitalized.

The Western Australia Police stated that the collision occurred in Neergabby, approximately 12 miles north of Perth, shortly after 3:00 p.m. local time on March 24. A police statement to PEOPLE confirmed there were "no reported injuries" and that the bus driver reported the incident the following day. The car involved sustained damage estimated at around $2,000.

During a press conference on April 1, Acting Police Commissioner Kylie Whitely confirmed that a 71-year-old woman was driving the car at the time, with a 41-year-old woman in the passenger seat, as reported by news.com.au.

On March 30, Giuffre shared a hospital photo on Instagram, showing visible bruises. She claimed she was struck by a school bus and stated that doctors warned her she had only “four days to live” due to renal failure.

Her father, Sky Roberts, provided an update to The Telegraph, saying, “She’s not doing good. She’s depressed because she misses her kids. She’s got four days unless she gets another opinion from another doctor.” Roberts, who is reportedly estranged from his daughter, has not seen her since the accident, according to news.com.au.

Giuffre, originally from California, bought a $1.9 million home in Ocean Reef in December 2020 with her husband of 22 years, Robert Giuffre.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, March 30, Giuffre shared a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed with her face covered in bruises. From Virginia Giuffre/Instagram

In a March 22 Instagram post, she expressed that she “misses” her children deeply and suggested they had been “poisoned with lies,” hinting at a potential separation from Robert, who is the father of her children.

Following her Instagram post on March 30, Giuffre’s spokesperson, Dini von Mueffing, issued a statement to the BBC, saying, “Virginia has been in a serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital. She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending.”

Giuffre has previously alleged that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell trafficked her to influential men, including Prince Andrew, during her teenage years. Prince Andrew has denied the allegations. Maxwell was convicted of child sex trafficking in 2021 and is currently serving a 20-year sentence, though no charges were brought against Prince Andrew.

In 2021, Giuffre filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew in New York. The case was settled out of court in February 2022 for an undisclosed sum.
